Hiring Business Development Head, Chennai – Digital Marketing Agency

echoVME is a rapidly growing company and is looking to hire some senior members on board who can take this organization to its next level in a span of 3 years. We are ONLY looking for experienced candidates in a similar domain.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

– Proven sales history in a global market.

– Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Advertising Agency.

– Prior experience in handling a CRM/Email marketing platform.

– Experience in Business Development— Strategy & Implementation, with a medium-scale organization. A candidate with the ability to create an end-to-end business development strategy for the organization.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Seek out and source new clients by developing networks. Take sole responsibility of Sales and Business Development.
  • Work towards the Sales & Revenue goals that the organization has set.
  • Overtime as the organization grows, manage 1-2 people in marketing (pre-sales/sales funnel).
  • Be a Do-er not a nagger.
  • Possess a massive interest in working for a growing organization and developing it.
  • Offer solutions to the clients on a timely basis.
  • Co-ordinate with the client servicing and advertising team to roll the new deals signed.
  • Manage payments, follow-ups, and contracts.
  • Navigate around uncertainty and be comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Connect with people from different walks of life; build a track record of exceptional relationship management.
  • Closing a business lead within a short time frame.
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once.
  • Ability to set goals, achieve them and inspire the team to do the same.
  • Ability to deal with challenges of a highly adaptive environment.

ADDITIONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Protect the organization’s value by keeping all information confidential.
  • Update experience by participating in e-magazines, educational opportunities, digital bodies and being a part of various communities that embracing growth and knowledge.
  • Bring in ideas by researching industry related events, bench-marking national/international standards, and competition.
