Diwali at echoVME holds a special place in our hearts! Being one of the amazing ways to get united with family members, the echoVME family has a unique way to celebrate this amazing festival 🙂 Today, we celebrated Diwali with our team in one of the most unique ways possible!!
1. Team Cleaning Process:
Along with our maid Mary, ach one of us was involved in cleaning our own desks and shelves! This indeed made the process much easier! As a team, this was fun! While Sorav was also cleaning his desk, one thing to learn from this is, there is no hierarchy when it comes to keeping your workplace clean. Unlike traditional organizations, we believe in doing things our way, at our own pace!
We would like to personally thank Mary akka for helping us! She is extremely dedicated and always teach us how to offer Service with a smile 🙂
2. Traditional Attire:
Sorav made it very clear to all of us – traditional attire is must for Diwali celebration and we decided to be as colorful as possible! So here we are, doing all the drama with our sarees and anarkalis and heavy traditional mix while the guys carried were attired in a simple pattu dhoti!
3. Puja Arrangements:
Usually, the team is either working or they are called into the puja celebrations with all the things kept ready! At echoVME, each one of us is involved in some way or the other! Be it decorations, rangoli, thorans and lighting of diyas! We are equally involved in the process and that makes it completely feel like home!
4. Diwali Wishes to Clients:
After conveying out a personal greeting to our clients, we also gave them a call to wish them a very happy Diwali! It’s almost like calling your relatives on the day of Diwali! This tradition is such an exciting thing and we really appreciate this initiative as it makes us much closer to our clients 🙂
5. Sweets and Bonus:
While some where surprised with bonuses on achieving the milestones others were rewarded with sweets and hampers! We hogged all day with our regular snacks and sweets 😉
6. No Crackers:
Yes! We would not like to burst crackers, rather than save the money and offer it to the poor. We personally contributed some amount that can go for the welfare of poor! There is no point burning money and polluting the environment! 🙂
On this note, team echoVME wishes you all a very happy, healthy and prosperous Diwali 🙂
