echoVME is a rapidly growing company and is looking to hire some senior members on board who can take this organization to its next level in a span of 3 years. We are ONLY looking for experienced candidates in a similar domain.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
– Proven sales history in a global market.
– Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Advertising Agency.
– Prior experience in handling a CRM/Email marketing platform.
– Experience in Business Development— Strategy & Implementation, with a medium-scale organization. A candidate with the ability to create an end-to-end business development strategy for the organization.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Seek out and source new clients by developing networks. Take sole responsibility of Sales and Business Development.
- Work towards the Sales & Revenue goals that the organization has set.
- Overtime as the organization grows, manage 1-2 people in marketing (pre-sales/sales funnel).
- Be a Do-er not a nagger.
- Possess a massive interest in working for a growing organization and developing it.
- Offer solutions to the clients on a timely basis.
- Co-ordinate with the client servicing and advertising team to roll the new deals signed.
- Manage payments, follow-ups, and contracts.
- Navigate around uncertainty and be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Connect with people from different walks of life; build a track record of exceptional relationship management.
- Closing a business lead within a short time frame.
- Highly organized and detailed oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once.
- Ability to set goals, achieve them and inspire the team to do the same.
- Ability to deal with challenges of a highly adaptive environment.
